Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Founder Wins, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Founder Wins after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Founder Wins. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access Founder Wins, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Founder Wins is a paid subscription service at $29 per month. Your subscription begins when you complete the registration and payment process.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Founder Wins through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Founder Wins content for your own business and professional development purposes.

You may share brief excerpts or insights from Founder Wins with colleagues, provided you attribute the source. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell Founder Wins content in bulk or as a competing product.

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single subscription; systematically download, scrape, or archive Founder Wins content using automated tools; redistribute, resell, or republish Founder Wins issues or content as your own; use Founder Wins content to create a competing newsletter or information product; interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to Founder Wins; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content published through Founder Wins -- including but not limited to written issues, templates, PDF roundups, tactic breakdowns, and design elements -- is the intellectual property of Mark Fulton / Reinventing.AI Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The founder success stories we cover are sourced from publicly available information. Our original analysis, commentary, templates, and presentation of this information are proprietary.

Founder Wins, the Founder Wins logo, and related branding are trademarks of Reinventing.AI Solutions. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Founder Wins provides educational and informational content about founder strategies and business tactics. Our content is based on publicly available information and our own analysis.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. The strategies and tactics discussed may not be suitable for every business or situation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Founder Wins, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We strive to deliver Founder Wins issues daily and maintain platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Founder Wins at any time. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and pro-rated refunds for any unused subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Founder Wins shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
